"I worked as a consultant implementing software where we relied on material created by our education department. I had the pleasure of working with Julie when she was assigned to create financial modules manuals for the newest release of the software. These areas were my areas of expertise and I'd always felt the material was lacking the practical approach. I met Julie while I was at the corporate offices and she quickly saw my passion for the subject. She asked if I would be willing to be a subject matter expert for her. I readily accepted as this had never been done before and I believed it would benefit the company.
As we worked together, Julie proved that she was willing to put forth whatever effort it would take to get a great manual produced.
